Lutong Group was established in April 1995 and specializes in manufacturing precision aluminum castings and machined components, used in a variety of sectors including automotive, off-road equipment, motorcycles, and marine. The company¡¯s manufacturing facility is equipped with high specification imported production lines for aluminum gravity casting, low/high pressure die casting and CNC machining/assembly. Lutong Group has its own in-house tooling design team and tooling manufacture centre of excellence equipped with the latest CAD/CAM equipment. The company not only manufactures its own tooling but has undertaken a number of prestigious tooling design contracts for OEM customers. The company prides itself on excellent quality and has a quality lab and in-house inspection system, which is equipped with the most advanced inspection and measuring equipment. Lutong Group is accredited to DNV ISO9001, DNV QS9000 and SGS ISO/TS 16949:2002. In 2004 it was awarded the golden prize for superior quality castings at the 2004 Shanghai International Die Casting Expo.
